SHIPPING POLICY

We make batches to order and always aim to have fresh syrups dispatched within 5 days.

Shipping is via Royal Mail. We package everything securely and all jars have a tamper free seal around the lid.

REFUND POLICY

Unfortunately due to the nature of our products we are unable to offer refunds.

If any items are delivered damaged please get in contact with us and we will resolve this.
